Sorry It will do it when there are no programs running at all, In the back ground only the basic Processes are running, I have tried every thing and it just keep doing it. It will do it after about 10 min of being on. It does not matter if I am doing any thing for not.

I am running 4 gig of ram and a duel core 4 gig processor and it keeps telling me that I am running low on memory, can any one tell me what is going on, thanks.
