    Hello to all the members of the forum, My name: Christophe GATELLIER
    I am not a computer expert, and I found your forum by looking for the Build of operating system 19043.1263, because after an update of windows my PC is very slow and I can no longer access the windows settings.
    if anyone has a solution to my problem i would be very happy.

    your system is old and only has the basic min needed to run Windows 10 so its not that big a surprise that its slow

    you could double the Ram from 8 to 16 or even 32 depending on prices in your area because Ram tends to be a cheap fix and will inprove speed
    you could also install linux instead of Windows or just replace this system with a more current laptop... those are your 3 basic options and if it was me I'd go for the new system but best of luck with it
