Hmm. Ok I'll try that. Maybe it was because when I first started up the game I didnt start as admin and it could make the folder in my documents (If that is defult for W7) So it made it in its program files folder where it cant load. Or maybe its not looking to load it from there. Who knows...

My user has full read / write permisions. But it still wont load or detect the game. And still wont let me change it from read only.. :( Every user has full permisions except for CREATOR OWNER witch only has special permision that I cant change

Right ok. I changed the perminsion and made it so everyone has full accsess to the folder. but still nothing. It still wont stay off read only..

I only made the folder myself I didnt know how to tell the game to load the saves from it. Also its true. I cant get the read/write to stay off each time I got back into it is still tells me that its read only. Maybe this is why? How do I make it so it stays off read only permenetly?
