Have you used EasyBCD to fix you booting problem. I triple boot, and it has made life sooo much easier. Install you Linux bootloader (which I assme is Grub) to the Linux Partition; EasyBCD will take care of windows. Start EasyBCD, and add a Linux. Pretty easy

An easy fix to this problem is to download Ubuntu Linux,burn the ISO, and boot the disk. It will not make any changes to you hard drives unless you tell it to, as in installing. But your SD Card should show up. Format it from linux. The card should then be OK. This is a free solution, just...
