After trying Anannya's suggestion from here (see attachment), I'm not getting the above error anymore, but a new one (woohoo!): Details: The semaphore timeout period has expired.

So I just bought a brand new Lenovo ideapad Y700 (it's less than a week old) and I have no idea why I'm getting this error as I've barely done anything to the computer. Anyway, any help fixing this would be much appreciated! I'm running Windows 10 and if there's anything else you need to know...
