I am using the WinBootMate app to bypass the Windows 11 system requirements (unsupported CPU and lack of TPM 2.0) and it worked fine on some old PCs and laptops (ThinkPad T450 from 2015). This app has a built-in feature to skip the system requirements during installation. Here is the screenshot:

CPU is not supported by Windows 11 officially but there are a couple of ways to bypass the system requirements.
