May your explorer is not working properly try this alt+clt+del select task manager find explorer.exe, press right click and click on " end process tree" Again press alt+clt+del select task manager find new task option , click on it , small windows will come up, type explorer.exe and hit enter

Is this font currently installed on your pc? if yes then uninstall/ delete it from font directory, restart pc and then try again..

I dont know much about avast antiviruse but if possible try to disable antivirus permanently, restart your pc and try to get ownership of that file. And if you get ownership of file, enable the antivirus again

Well I have genuine windows and backup disk of original windows is also not working as mentioned in 1st post And if I have re install the windows then I have lose original windows and I don want that No matter I have other disk of windows but I m trying to keep it genuine so if is there any...

Hi huddie May be I m wrong but to run chkdsk, I think I have to boot in safe mode with command prompt and i cannot boot in any safe mode option. If I m wrong about how to run chkdsk, will you tell me? Thanx:)
