Thanks Kemical, I had to uninstall the current version of mouse and keyboard center. After that the mouse driver in Win 7 compatibility mode installed and functional as it should be. A bug in the current version maybe??? Thank you, Heicron

After reading the info on downloading the $39.99 upgrade offer I have this question. For upgrading several systems would I have to do separate downloads and purchases on each computer or is there an upgrade path for this situation with Windows 8 pro during the promotion period?

Randy, Thank you for the reply. Upon the original attempt to install the printer Windows Update downloaded the driver but the installation failed. I then downloaded the only driver on the Epson site which was for Vista. I tried installing with the Vsta and WIn-7 mode to no avail. Windows 7 did...

Greetings, Windows 8 will download the driver for the printer but the install will fail. The error code is 800070B68. Anyone have an idea what the problem is? Thanks,
