Why can’t I run Microsoft help and support? Right now all I get HP help & support.

I have a locked folder that shows as empty even thouproperties shows that the folder contains over 1 MB. How can I unlock this folder and get mypictures back?

Pam – I see the Ascending and Descending options but you saidthere was an option to “sort contacts by last name”.

Pam- I see the View tab but no "Sort By with an arrow" under the Hometab. What am i doing wrong?
