I would never leave any of my digital equipment in an "on" state constantly. Shutting the device off and on again wouldn't make much difference in your electric bill, since the amperage usage is quite low. Besides, I just feel better not having any electrical equipment running constantly...

Final Post: My browsers are now Edge, Firefox, and Brave. I'm using Edge more now, regardless of reports concerning privacy. Edge has features I like, and doesn't eat a lot of resources, since it's built into the OS. I'm not going to experiment with Floorp again, although I do think highly of it.
