I'm having a bit of a problem where all of my RAM is getting eaten away by something i don't know. I have noticed that when i start some programs the RAM Just keep going away but when i then look in task manager or Resource Monitor there is nothing taking up that much RAM. i have 4GB RAM

I need help i were going to (open) some ports on my computer and i have done this befor. But reinstalled my computer and now i realized the option is gone. herei can show you that i hae Networking tab but i dont have the Sharing tab. Help plz
