btw i was trying to connect an galaxy s3 and wireless controller

so i have a hp pavilion with bluetooth biult in but when i add a device it says searching and never finds the device. i have tried to update the drivers but they are the latest , and tried services.msc. BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS PLEASE HELP ASAP!
