Everytime I open more than one tab in internet explorer a voice starts telling me how to clear my history ect. How can I turn it of.- icemanjh

Windows 7 Blu Ray Writer LG
I am running Windows 7 Proffessional 64 bit. I installed a LG Blu Ray writer. It works fine, but everytime my windows goes to standby and I log in again it dissapears from my devices. I then have to restart to get it back. Does anyone know why?- icemanjh
