    I'm starting to get this error a lot as well. Tried the beta drivers and all. I think my brother's computer using Vista Ultimate x64 is getting the same thing every now and then, but for me I'm getting this a lot.

    Windows 7 Suddenly can't install anything.

    I, as well, just started to receive this issue yesterday morning. I remember it happening originally with a Java automatic update that I tried to install, but the Windows Installer came up with an error. Also, the Windows Update feature is crashing like for those above.
