Windows 10 File Explorer constantly refreshing
When I have file explorer open it refreshes every five seconds or so. If I'm scrolling through pictures, it's constantly jumping back to the top of the file....it's infuriating!!! I can't even rename files or create file names unless I am lightning quick. I am at a loss as to what to do...and...- inoknowme
