UPDATE - Problem solved! RTSTOR64 was indeed the culprit, and a mean one at that. Updating that driver turned out to create a far more annoying BSOD that would randomly happen on startup and would prevent Windows from launching, thus forcing me to perform a system restore. I finally removed...
