Gt 240 is what I have.

I have a cousin that works for a computer shop and I have yet to try these things, but he told me what it might be. Windows 7 has issues with Logitech drivers and can cause this. Video Card (Nvidia for me), can cause the crash if it is bad, due to not reporting enough power during checks...

I will update you if I have any luck. I have changed the windows update time to 7pm as suggested by another site. See if that fixes it tomorrow morn.
