Hello, Recently I was trying to install a program (CES edupack) but when I try to extract it an error message pops up half way through. It says error 0x80004005 and it is a type: windows installer package. Could someone please help me resolve this problem? Thank You

I tried doing it but an error message pops up after booting up. It works but then an error message, I also tried ophrcrack but it was too complicated for it to crack :(. So I just reinstalled.

If I type into the cmd "net users", it says "Administrator" and next to it "user".
