I installed every single driver from the Microsoft and HP sites and I STILL don't know what this device is and I still have NO touchscreen listed in HID when it was there before! Someone out there has to have an answer! All other mouse, touchscreen and other input devices work!

FINALLY GOT FRESH NEW WINDOWS 11 24H2 INSTALLED...... STILL NO TOUCHSCREEN.

Event Viewer shows custom views including Device Manager for various devices like a HID-compliant touch screen.

I do NOT want to download or install a windows preview file. It just freezes when it tries to download. How do I remove it from the download queue?
