Last night I got a BSOD called QUOTA_UNDERFLOW. Not sure what caused it.

Really tired and stressed from this computer. I feel it is nearly just time to take it to my local computer shop and get them to deal with it, Wipe, Fix - Whatever it takes. I have tried, System Restore, Chkdsk's and Repairs. irql_not_less_or_equal is the main BSOD showing up now...

chkdsk /r C: Doesn't seem to do anything, The CMD pops up for a split seconds and vanishes and nothing happens. Also picked up another BSOD just then with the last text as my last one, Since it seems it is my HDD should i take my computer into my local computer store and get them to do what?
