I booted into safe mode and it is not functioning. So I can't get to msconfig to uncheck safe mode boot. Is there a way to access the advanced boot menu before booting into Windows? Used to be F8 but doesn't seem to work in windows 10. Help please

i have just found out that by using this piece of software XPKeepPerUserDisplaySettings you can have different screen resolutions for each user account but that is for XP. is there the same software for windows 7 or mabye the software supplied will also work with windows 7

after some more testing i have also found out that i dont have to even launch windows media center for it to happen. when i got mutiple webpages up and i flick through them using the aero peek feature, it happens then. mabye there is some software to boost my video card performancxe. mabye...
