If you allow Windows to run when you aren't using the computer, you can schedule updates to install during inactive periods. However, this can take a lot of energy. Make sure you allow at least the screen to turn off.
For me, the Downloads folder is my .exe repository. The Documents folder contains documents, but I have numerous desktop and other folders that are more defined. The titles I give them usually suggest the type of content.
Are you referring to settings in Tapatalk? Someone else asked a similar question yesterday, and if an admin has changed a forum to dark mode, there is no way for non-admins to change that.
I suggest you change your general access password to something strong: at least 10 characters, capital and small letters, numbers, and symbols (& @ ? etc.). You may also have to do this in email and other accounts, including browser accounts if you use them.
So the permissions don't allow Windows to do anything? I understand such statements to mean that an app’s algorithm can determine what happens with emails, texts, etc.
If you are seeing *Windows* crash reports, then the problem is not with an app, but with your system. I would suggest you speak with an IT professional, for example @Neemobeer.
