I've rebooted and run the upgrade and same thing... it's left at 0% for full day...it doesn't seems it download anything

Hi.. I purchase the upgrade to windows 8 pro for my windows 7 laptop... but the issue while it trying to download windows 8 it's stuck at 0% complete and never download and doesn't show any message... I've tried so many times without any success... can u please help me for that..
