Why to click allways that "eun as admin"? Right click on *.exe or *.exe-shortcut >> choose properties in context menu >> then compatibility tab >> then click in anything you want and "run as admin" too

Hmm. With GParted i can format to almost every format i want. GParted boots up faster. You don't have to click so much ok, next, next, and so more, before you can start formatting

GParted works faster than win 7 installation disk.

Open startup menu(where you can choose safe mode; safe mode with networking; start normally etc) and choose disable automatic restart on system failure.

I use only GParted for partitioning.

Did you try to boot in safe mode? And, yes, it would be better if you install buil 7077 and throw away 7057.
