I think you will find that the command window you mention is Microsoft's Update command checking for updates. I used to see it but now I don't get that popup anymore. HTH.

I have downloaded and Burned the ISO for 10130 and I'll need it to run "DISM" as that's the only way DISM can be run effectively on Windows 10. I have run sfc /scannow a couple of times and it finds problems that it can't resolve. I wish Microsoft a lot of luck if they are to release the final...

I refer to the "Post Reply", "Upload a File" & "More Options" buttons whose text is in a pale lime green colour.

Moderators/Administrators could you please change the faint lime green text on buttons to a darker text colour?

My UsoClient.exe resides at C:/Windows/System 32 and briefly pops up a blank cmd window not long after boot up or restart.
