There is a sound editor freeware available on Microsoft store (it does not come up with system), but I have not tried it yet: Sound Editor – Windows Apps on Microsoft Store.
You may follow these steps to set a password to secure your file folder. Select the file or folder you want to encrypt. Right-click the file or folder and select Properties. Click the Advanced button. Check the box for the "Encrypt contents to secure data" option. Click Apply and then Ok.
I usually use Camtasia's Snagit to make screenshots while it also allows me to record screen in simple way. And there's also a freeware recorder called CamStudio, it's open source with no ads, just search it on Google and you will get it. Hope it helps.
