I'm using IE8 and yes, i do a "save as" but i just want the word .jpeg to show instead of the actual picture.

Hi everyone When i save a .jpeg to my desktop, the actual image shows on the desktop. Is there any way to to have it show just as .jpeg instead of the picture showing?
