I have a box with Win 7 pro installed. This machine is a bare OS and NO internet connection. The install went ok and all is running but... I cant register it via the internet as it has no internet connection. Can the box be registered via regedit?

I'd love to set this machine up like I had with XP and a touch screen. There was an advanced tab on settings that included a drop down box so that I could adjust scrollbar size, text, icon sizes etc. Win 7 have this config tool?
