Does it relate to BlackOps, cuz at that time I got win2k3 virtual machines so running one more programs like Black Ops could be overwhelming for Ram to handle. That may cause BSOD. Any idea please !!!

I'm using vmware and running 5 virtual machines (win2k3). Unfortunately, I double click on Black Ops, the game running and minimize to taskbar. Then I use Task Manager to end it and I got a BSOD. As I guest, it may because of Ram overloading. So any help would be very thankful. Specs...
