I formatted my OS partition and reinstalled from scratch. Everything is working fine now. At least so far... We'll see will this work for one year before complete breakdown again.. And yes, you can see bit sceptics on my additude. ;)

Ok, so there's no antivirus on startup and checked if there's a minidump file. There isn't.. So perhaps my settings are so that it doesn't write it. Tried what Captain pointed also. Used shellexview and disabled all non microsoft shell extensions. Still not work. SFC and new user profile tried...
