hi ben0, try reading this url: [Solved] Realtek network card and Vista - MSFN Forum i had the same problem (realtek on 64-bit win 7). i disconnected wireless and disabled "Shutdown Wake-On-Lan" in safe mode. seems to work for now. good luck :)
