Thanks Cybercore. The answer is sometimes the simplest. Ran Memtest and had a huge amount of errors in the first five minutes.Took out all my ram and reset all and what do you know, No errors. Sigh I feel like a bit of a muppet but at least I wont have the hassles of RMA. Not yet at least...

I think it must be hardware related as I have followed all steps and it is still happening.However I am not sure why some of those apps were showing in that dump file as I had already uninstalled them and updated realtec.The only left over drivers in the System32 driver folder were Rt64win7.sys...

I could not find ElbyCDIO ElbyCDIO.sys Tue Feb 17 12:11:23 2009 in the system 32 folder. Hidden maybe.I just had another blue screen too :(
