    Windows 7 One more DVD won't work

    Lite-on has just told me my six month old double layer burner is not compatible with 7. They advise me to put it in a computer running XP. Nice of them. and there seems to be no drivers for my Samung ML4500 laser - XP here I come, back!

    Windows 7 Another DVDRW not working

    Ever since I installed Windows 7 (64bit) (Monday) my six-month-old Lite-on dual layer LH-20A1L DVDRW burner can't be used as the tray fails to close. It opens and closes during boot up, then stays open. Device Managere reports all is well, various driver sniffers report drivers up to date...
