Seems it's been solved. The problem was, most likely, in one of the ram slots. I simply tryed different slots and never got a bsod anymore. Thanks for all the help, I'll stick around (:

So, I have done 2 tests so far. During the 1st test, I left my comp on for 9 hours. No errors found. before starting the 2nd test, I left my comp turned off for a few mins and than I started the memtest, in 1 hour it had found over 250 errors so I pressed esc. Btw, any tips on how to update...

Will do so. If I get any errors on memtest I'll try other ram's as I do have other comps.
