    Disable Antivirus. Unplug not required USB devices if there is any. Do a clean boot. Frm msconfig Stop services wuauserv, cryptsvc, bits, msiserver, windows installer. Now rename the softwaredistribution folder and catroot2 folder. Start services wuauserv, cryptsvc, bits, msiserver, windows...
