I got exactly same problem. I think this can be caused by the newest NVIDIA drivers. I had similiar problem in the past, on Vista, there was missing Asus Cool'n'Quiet driver which caused the BlueScreen. I think possible solution is installing 18x drivers which are working fine on win7 or wait...
