I tried Stickies, wich have an 'always on top' option, it works well with everything ... except ... fullscreen applications. I guess I am not lucky. A friend told me OSD (On Screen Display) on Linux let you do that, so I should look for something similar on windows.

Hello, I'd like to know if anyone knows an application that let you write notes that keep being displayed while executing a fullscreen application (like a game). Thank you.
