Re: system restore did not complete successfully I am trying to update to Windows 7 and my Sony VGN-CS21S/R has been performing the first "Supplement Disk Utility" operation for 23 minutes now. I brought up Windows Explorer about 5 mins ago and the contents of the HDD appeared to be unchanged...
