Windows 7 BSOD when I try to update a video game online.

Windows 7 BSOD when I try to update a video game online.
I am currently try to update my Star Trek Online game. It is running on a persistent patch system witch make it lag when updating in the middle of my game. However, when I try to patch it my computer will constantly BSOD and will not allow me to patch. Is it a hard drive problem?Link Removed...- madhatterrx7
