Well, two weeks passed and no BSOD's, so probably was problem with memory slots on motherboard. Will post again if BSOD happen :D

Update: When I rename Rtnic64.sys to Rtnic64.sys.bak then I dont have LAN connection at all. Network connections are empty, as you can see in attachment.. I have second LAN card and it is also no longer visible after renaming Rtnic64.sys. Note: BSOD's were happining also before and after...

I pulled all two sticks from motherboard and the inserted only one memory stick it fourth slot. So far, for 24h, I didn't have BSOD. Will wait and ll see what ll be in next few days. I ll rename Rtnic64.sys also and will report back if is any progress.
