Windows 7 Login script not working

I know this should probably go in the networking subforum but it's kinda deserted and I need an answer fast. I have a 2012 R2 server (alone) and a Win 7 station. My login script is very simple, it's only a few net use commands (net use :G /delete - net use :G \\Server\Folder). But right now...

Windows 8 Having a serious problem with my browser! All webpages are blocked!

Either something is trying to redirect your browser, or someone activated parental controls on Chrome. If this is at a work place then the latter is the most likely.

Windows 8 Word 2013 is slow

Seems to be only that document. Other, smaller docs work fine, as well as the other programs, that is, Excel and Powerpoint. As for a repair, I literally just installed them so I'd be surprised if it's already corrupted. I managed to convert the document from docx to pdf and Acrobat seems fine...

Windows 8 Word 2013 is slow

Well, looks like I overestimated. I wrote my previous reply right after starting the save. It's now 50 minutes later and it's still not done. I think I can safely say that there is definitely a problem.

Windows 8 Word 2013 is slow

Less laggy, yes. But still takes 15 minutes to save.

Windows 8 Word 2013 is slow

Now I realize that the file I have is indeed quite massive at almost 1000 pages and 7.44MB, but Word is have great difficulties handling it. Worse, I can see that Word is barely using my PC's power, not going over 3% of it. Right now it's taking over 15 minutes just to save the damn thing, not...

    Windows 8 Tablet not updating

This is a very strange issue. I've had a tablet for a week now (Acer Iconia W700-6670) and I want to do the Windows Updates but they just don't seem to work. As in the updates are still in WU like they weren't done at all. I've done them three times now and I don't want to do them again because...

    Windows 8 Refresh and Windows.old

I know full well what Linux can do. Especially since I have 11 different distros, all of them ready to boot and kept up to date. (In order: Netrunner, Mint, Rosa, Manjaro, Knoppix, Ubuntu, Fedora, Puppy, Crunchbang, Arch and Debian, waiting to add Ultimate Edition and Steam OS) And I feel dumb...

    Windows 8 Refresh and Windows.old

Okay, this is weird. Because, not only did it delete the majority of the folder by itself, but now it lets me delete the rest as well. All that's left is one file that it can't delete because it says the name is too long but I can't even rename it. So I'm still going to wipe everything but this...

    Windows 8 Refresh and Windows.old

So, after a shortage, Windows decided that it would simply not start anymore. So I did the Refresh option it gave me because the option said that it would try to keep as much as possible (the other option was Reset which said it would do exactly that, reset everything). Now, the only thing it...

    Windows 8 UNinstallation

Someone sent me EasyBCD which solved everthing. Done.

    Windows 8 UNinstallation

Yes, Uninstallation. So I've been running Win7 and Win8 in dual boot on the computer. The problem is that I'm never using 8 because everything is on 7. And I have no reason to move to 8 because it offers nothing that I don't already have besides a really fvcking ugly and impractical interface...

    Windows 7 Can't install Blu-ray

Ok, so I finally found the problem. I don't need firmware for it. I need to buy a specialized player software to play the Blu-rays. That... sucks. These programs are expensive as hell too. I already paid 50$ for the drive and now I have to pay another 50$ just to play the damn disks. What a...

    Windows 7 Can't install Blu-ray

    Actually, it's NOT a Blu-Ray burner. It's a BDC207, not a BDR207. I can't find the firmware for the C, all I find is the R, that's what I need. And right now it's running on the windows driver.
