    Thanks for the suggestions. No errors found from system file checker. Also all driver seem to be running as they should.

    I did not manually reformat the drive since I noticed the option to remove all files in the reset procedure. Do you think that a manual reformat would free up the drive? If so im willing to try it out and do the reset procedure again.
