I know, I did stop the Homegroup on the win 7 PC, same issue

I installed Win 7 Pro (clean install) on my desktop. Although I am connecting to the internet (but not to my home group) my desktop can not see my Vista and XP laptops as part of the network (they were before). Any ideas? Thanks
