    So when I'm playing games, running the internet etc, it will run okay for about 10 minutes, and after that it will slow down majorly, When starting a download it will start at around 140 kb/s (still low, but normal) and after a few minutes, will drop to around 25-30kb/s.     Windows 7 'Java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

    When I try to run an RS private server, (which runs using java), It says this. I have attempted to make a path in my system variables, i named it "Java" and put it as C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\ and it still does not work. Please help me?
