    Windows 7 Win 7 64 bit is hand at starting windows "configuration 15%"

    I realize it hang after screen saver is in active. which mean, while I am working, everything is ok but when I leave it for a while and touch the mouse and the computer try to back from screen saver it is then hang.

    I have new computer with new Win7. Only after hard-restart and safe mode it was fixed. It happened twice. what should I do about?
