Well...guess what?!! I HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION! ;) I installed the driver...rebooted...reset the ARRIS modem...and up popped a window asking me what type of network I have. I choose "Home" and it then made me set up something else---a workgroup, I think. I've never had to do any of that...
