Don't worry. I sorted it out as in my/your link but renamed 'Recorded TV' to 'Downloads' rather than using the existing 'Downloads' link as this didn't work too well. Many thanks for the initial link. P.S. I am also able to remove certain library locations from properties but have decided to...
I managed to do this using the instructions here: Add "My Dropbox" to Your Windows 7 Start Menu but this was only for the Videos. If I do the same with Downloads (Display as a link) it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?
Is it possible to create a new toolbar for the Start Menu in the right (grey) area? I currently have Documents, Pictures and Music. I right clicked and added a new folder of my D drive location of the particular files to access them more easily. I am missing Downloads and Videos which are in...
I am pretty sure that I made a system image of both the C and D drives. So if I wipe the HDD the partitions with free space will automatically be created by the Windows System Image disk coupled with the Repair Disk? What happens if I put in a larger HDD. Will it still create the same...
I am not sure how to recover through a system image. Will I be given options to create new partitions (C and D drives) if this is necessary and then individually allocate my backup system image partitions to the partitions of my choice?
Does anyone know if it is safe to install the Android APB Interface update on Windows 7? I think it has something to do with the Galaxy phone but I'm not sure what it does.
I got a looping BSOD the other day. This was resolved by pressing F8 and selecting last known good configuration. I attach some error reports from the event viewer and am trying to decipher what it could be. Any ideas? Thecomputer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b...
Yeah, it was the default of 10. This may have been something to do with one of the Toshiba drivers/updates that were manually added by me although I am using the word maybe as I cannot find direct evidence of this. I have done lengthy disk checks including chkdsk, SeaTools for DOS and HDDScan...
The chkdsk problem was resolved by going into the command prompt as administrator and typing in chkntfs /t:0 I am not sure if a Toshiba software addition caused the problem in the first place.
I run chkdsk from time to time and especially now after I loaded so many new Toshiba drivers. In my opinion it should be working as it worked fine yesterday so something is not right and the way it is operating now is not normal. I have always normally run chkdsk on demand so I can be...
