Hi, Sorry for the delay in replying. I was on a business travel and had limited access to emails. Please try updating the drivers of the Mother board and ATI graphics driver and try to disable the other graphics if there is any on the motherboard(external graphics processor like NVIDIA etc)...- mjdangerous1

Hi, How old is the computer is? Try to update the Drivers of your USB hubs since you are trying to connect using the USB. Might be the drivers of your mother board are not updated properly. Thanks, MJ- mjdangerous1
