    Yes that seems to make sense to me and its what I would do. I have an exchanger server so I don't use windows live mail but better safe then sorry.

    Synching my HTC 8525 that has WM6.1 works fine. Everything synch's even with my exchange server in Outlook. I didn't install anything I just connected my phone and let it do its thing with the built in windows device center.

    I had to allow remote desktop through the built in firewall but other than that it works fine. I just tried connecting with my phone and it worked fine.

    Windows 7 free AV/spyware software for windows 7?

    When you guys say Avast works with windows 7 does that mean it will show up in the system properties as having a anti virus program installed? A few of the anti virus programs I have tried even after installing windows 7 still thought I didn't have anti virus installed.
