i have bluetooth installed but its not showing in the system tray (right end bottom,near date and time),so how will i enable it.

i have laptop of HP (pavilion g6) with windows 7 basic.the problem is that there is no option to open bluetooth i.e. the system tray does not show option for bluetooth.so how can i make that option appear so that i can access and use it.i have tried a lot through bluetooth installed folders but...
